I’m Kayla Broomfield, Founder and CEO of GenWe Invests. My passion for finance began as a teenager, where I spent countless hours watching financial YouTube videos, googling “How to Become a Millionaire,” and exploring Finance Reddit threads. This early curiosity laid the groundwork for a deep and lasting interest in how money works. As I grew into young adulthood, my enthusiasm only intensified, leading me to pursue a degree in Finance and a minor in Accounting from Brooklyn College, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude.

At GenWe Invests, our mission is to make financial literacy fun and engaging for K-8 students. We believe every child deserves to understand the basics of finance in a way that’s both educational and enjoyable. Our program is designed to transform financial education into an adventure, equipping young learners with essential skills like saving, budgeting, and setting goals.
